Last week Mea did finger paints for the first time, she had a lot of fun. She had to do a picture for mom, both grandma and grandpa's, aunt Shanon, and her cousin Makayla. She actually didn't make to big of a mess either.
Mea is now officially potty trained as well, what a big girls she is! I had been telling her for a few weeks that when mom was done with school there was going to be no more diapers and she would have to go pee pee and poo poo in the potty. Well the first day she had quite a few accidents but by the third day we were down to only one accident a day. She would go a few days without any accidents then she would not quite make it to the potty in time. But she went one whole week without any accidents, way to go Mea! Today she had an accident during her nap time, she woke up but couldn't get her door to her room opened quite fast enough. She was DEVASTATED! She cried and cried and no matter how many times I told her that it was ok and tried to cheer her up she still felt bad that she had an accident. What a sweet tender hearted little girl!
This little one also is developing quite the attitude, her new thing is NEVER. If I say Mea you need to share that toy with sister, she says with the most attitude she got "NEVER", don't know where she got that one from. It actually is kinda cute and makes aunt Shanon and grandma laugh.
This little one is quite the ham if you can't tell. EVERYTHING she does is either teasing, laughing, or showing off. Kaitlyn does something that makes me laugh every single day. Kait is talking really well now, she says quite a few words and is learning new ones everyday. This is Kait's friend Lily, I babysit her for one of my friends. Kait trys to be a little mom to Lily, and wants to do everything for her. As soon as Lily gets to our house Kait plops down in front of her and talks, laughs, plays, kisses, and hugs Lily. Sometimes she gets to rough but she is learning to be soft.
These are the four cutest girls I know. Makayla, Mea, Kait, & Anni. We had a cousin's sleepover a few weeks ago, and the girls had a blast. There is not one day that goes by that Mea doesn't ask when we can back to Kayla's house again. Thanks Jennie for letting us come and stay, we had so much fun!
